my 3 month 1 week old baby passing hard stool is it because of my diet if yes then please suggest me diet for breastfeed.

A. good evening I would recommend you to have some laxative like munakka everyday you can try to have little bit of jaggery with each and every meal try to have lots of fibrous food and liquid diet throughout the day
