my 3 mon baby had diahreaa but my pediatrics doctors give only antibiotics can't give z and d drops. is z and d drops are compulsory or not.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. they are advisable because they help in healing of the intestine as well as improving the immunity of the child so if the child is not having any complaints with the medicine then you can continue the medicine for 14 days
