Q.

My 3 mnth baby is continuously drooling as well there are signs of teeth growing.. Is it normal to have teeth so early and what will be the reason for this??

A. good evening it is not normal however it is definitely a possibility I would recommend you to ensure that you give calcium to your baby on a daily basis apart from that is nothing required to be done
