Q.

my 3 and a half year old child scratches her legs a lot. The marks also don't go away easily. please suggest a remedy.

A. First of all consult your Paediatrician and get it checked as it can be skin allergy. Apply emoderm cream where itching is occurring. Avoid scratching and keep nails trim.

A. For itching on legs u can apply extra virgin coconut oil and massage for 5-10 minutes daily. This will reduce itchiness and marks also as it has anti inflammatory property and reduce the scratching
