my 3.7yr old son having mild stomach ache and semi solid stool 3 to 4times please recommend something?

It could be due to stomach indigestion issues without knowing what is the reason exactly medicines should not be given to the child that’s not good for their health so I’m just going to advise you to kindly visit your doctor having an assessment and they can advise you with further medication whatever would be required
