Q.
my 3.7 year old son, is having running nose and cough ,while coughing he vomits too. he has this since 15 days, we show him to doctor and doctor said weather change, no test has been done. but my son yet not relived. please suggest me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is in diagnosis of allergic cough cold .
here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever .
it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely.
dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapyf with mdi / nebulizer.
allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweets food also.
body cannot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.
