My 3.6 year okd grinding his teeth while sleeping i already given him worms medicine still he doing , so want to know it is normal

So have you completed the course of deworming medication or in the middle of it because the first dose is given in first night and then remaining after 14 days are completed and despite of completing if it is happening then you should consult the doctor it could be associated with a nutritional efficiency
