My 3.6 old son is having stomach ache after eating egg, is Meftal spas can be given. please suggest the dose

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 4 m old boy5 years agoA. Hello sir Yes u can give meftal spas for stomach ache to ur baby. U can give 2.5 ml. U can repeat the dose after six hours if pain comes again. Also get ur baby once examined by the doctor. Take care
