Nasal congestion can be relieved with a few drops (1 or 2) of eucalyptus oil + coconut oil application on the chest.or apply mustard oil.
Warm honey with a few drops of fresh holy basil (tulsi) juice and fresh ginger juice to relieve the throat discomfort and improve immunity. You many also add some turmeric in food.
Keep the child comfortable in warm surroundings. Sleeping may be tough because of nose and throat congestion. Use an inclined bedding, raised at the head to help sleep better.
