Q.

My 3.5 years old daughter doesn't eat fruits, vegetables or eggs since last one year. I don't know hoe to fulfill her nutrition requirements as she eats only plain rice, roti and idli dosa. please suggest how I can improve her diet. however she drinks milk thrice a day.

A. Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
