My 3.5 years of baby having mild fever and doing green slimy stool along with normal stool… it is not frequent just did twice a day.. no stomach ache no green or leafy food I have given.. he is active as usual.

A. Stomach infection which is why this could be happening since you are mentioning that you may have not given anything to your child to eat and slime is also there so I think it’s better to get a stool test done for your child
