you need to do all routine investigation to rule out the causes . .

Its Mostly associated with a gut infection so instead I would advise you to get a check with your doctor once the doctor would be able to advise you with the clarity as to what kind of infection it is at the port of medicines or antibiotics can be stated accordingly
