my 3.5 months old not feeding properly and she also losses her weight about 250 gm. and her motion aslo in light color what can I do for this please suggest me?

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please check your baby oral thrush as baby stop feeding due to it and leo give baby gripe water on daily basis thrice a day. and also clean baby tongue with a wet cloth take care
