Q.

My 3.5 months old baby is arching back while sleeping and keeps her head one side during sleep. Is it normal?

A. The baby will choose the best posture, which is suitable for them. If we can alter thinking that this is not good posture, baby will alter based on their requirement. Hence do not alter the position of the baby, allow the baby to sleep based on their wish.
