My 3.5 months old baby having loose motion since 1 day. Baby is on both breast and formula feed. I am using bottle for formula feed. I have done stool analysis test for baby. Is it Normal or there is any infection?

A. if you are giving baby both breastmilk and formula milk there can be chances of infection for the baby the reason for loose motions you may consult doctor for examination proper medication
