Q.
my 3.5 month baby (on breastfeeding) he is not taking feed properly, I will try to feed him every 4-5hr but he always turns his head away even not trying to suck once, I triesld to give expressed milk through spoon then also he will take 2-3 spoon then starts to cry, he goes without feed more than 7hours what to do, this repeats every single day he will take feed only 2 times that to while sleeping we have to dream feed

If baby suddenly not taking feed every two to three hours earlier took then it's a milestones generally by 3-5 months they develop observing , exploring things, constantly staring at things recognising voice, giving social smile,seek attention by crying ... Check if baby increasing weight ideally .. Try to feed every two to three hours either dream feed also no issues , change feeding position,room or your regular feeding place... If you observe baby is not active ,crying ,not taking feed then consult pediatrician for second opinion...
