Q.

my 3.5 month baby boy was on formula and breast feed for first two months and then completely on breast feed for a month. now he is sucking hands a lot and doctor suggested to give formula milk as he not getting sufficient feed. but my baby is not drinking formula now...he vomitted first time and when trying again he is not taking it. pls suggest what should I do.

A. Avoid formula if he is not liking it and breastfeed more often. Thumb sucking is normal in babies when they exploring their hands and feets.
