My 3.3 years old son is suffering from a block nose every night. As soon as he goes to sleep his nose will get blocked. When he is awake and playing everything is normal. it's been more than 6 months now since he is suffering with this issue

A. ok need to evaluate cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
