Q.

My 3.2 year old boy got a blood test done and his haemoglobin came out to be 4.80 which says severe anaemia. Can this be cured with oral medicine or blood transfusion is required and whether it is safe or not. Please suggest

A. no this cannot be cured by oral therapy you immediately have to do blood transfusion for the treatment and follow all the instructions properly given by your doctor during that time
