My 2yr 7 months old baby is healthy and well playing but I want to give him calcium supplements for good growth. my baby weight is 20.5 kg . Can i give him ?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. hello mom.his weight is quite high for his age , supplements should only be given if their is bodily requirement such as deficicency . but over all if the child ia provided with a balanced diet their should not be an issue.
calcium is present in millets like ragi , dry fruits & nuts , milk , panner , soya , green leafy vegetables etc
