Q.
My 2yr 3 month sons.. last 3-4 days I feel his palm and feet is hot but when I take body temperature it is completely normal.. he is active doing everything fine.. he is having little cold.. and he is getting grinder teeth

It can be considered as normal according to the age as per the details you have already mentioned but if at all in addition to this there is any other factor that you think is considerable and is a matter of concern then you should visit your pediatrician who can guide you in a proper way after knowing complete details. so
