A. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations. many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections. it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever beforet 7 years of age and after that a proper immunity is developed and then this problem will go away. get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreasingt this problem

A. Frequent fever and cough in toddlers can be concerning. Here are some general steps you can take: 1. **Consult a Pediatrician:** It's important to have your toddler evaluated by a healthcare professional to determine the cause of the fever and cough. They can provide a proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment. 2. **Monitor Symptoms:** Keep track of your toddler's symptoms, including the frequency and duration of the fever and cough. This information can help your pediatrician make an accurate diagnosis. 3. **Provide Comfort:** Offer plenty of fluids to keep your toddler hydrated and use comfort measures such as a humidifier to ease coughing and congestion. 4. **Follow Treatment Recommendations:** If your pediatrician prescribes medication or recommends any treatments, be sure to follow their instructions carefully. 5. **Practice Good Hygiene:** Help prevent the spread of illness by practicing good hygiene, such as washing hands frequently and covering coughs and sneezes. 6. **Maintain a Healthy Environment:** Ensure your toddler's environment is clean and free from irritants that could worsen their symptoms, such as smoke or strong odors. 7. **Consider Vaccinations:** Make sure your toddler is up to date on vaccinations, as they can help prevent certain illnesses that can cause fever and cough. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and treatment recommendations for your toddler's specific situation.
