My 2years 11 month old baby had a runny nose yesterday then while sleeping his temperature becomes 99.9F body was hot then entire day temperature was fine then today also when he slept body was hot , now around 6am morning i checked its 100.8F

I think it’s kind of a viral which is happening only at one time like which starts happening in the night so if it has been more than two days with a fever is coming like this 99 and now hundred so let the day pass today and the temperature happens within the day like by five or six in the evening then consult your doctor because it’s looking like more or less associated with viral only
