It’s a good routine if the child is awake during the day I am in sleep peacefully in the night for a longer stretch without getting hassle and on and that is very good in fact this is going to help you a lot when your child starts going to the school this way your childhood sleep early and will wake up early on time so it’ll be a very good thing
