My 2year 6month old pooping 4 to 5 times in a day with normal consistency , so want to know it is normal

If it is a normal consistency and the child is not passing motion immediately after eating the food that you are giving then it is not a problem but if it is immediately after eating the food within half an hour then it’s mostly associated with indication
