My 2year 4month did poop 3 times today with little bit mucus but consistency is normal

Mucus can be seen sometimes if the child cold and cough and if the cold and cough is not there but constantly you can see mucus of your child may be a possibility of an infection in the stomach and that case I would recommend you to check with your doctor on that
