my 2months old baby having this white spots on chest n stomach part ..people saying it is colour changing nothing to worry .. doc said like these are birth marks will move on with age can someone guide regarding this??

Some white patches are totally normal and it get cured by its own in next few days so you should not worry about it at all. This is totally normal. If your baby is active and taking proper feed then everything is fine and nothing to worry about so don’t worry about it.
