Q.

My 2month and 14 days baby is fully depend on brest milk and not doing potty from last 4 days. Is this normal or a serious issue?

A. you should not worry this is a common problem in the babies of this age you should continue giving exclusive breastfeeding and give bonus and 3 times a day continuously for one week and then monitor
