my 2month 15days baby body was looking like hot but temperature in thermometer was 97.6F or 98.5F.what will happen and what shall I do?

A. okay no tfdc. there are various reasons for the baby to have fever starting from infections like viral bacterial inflammations we had to treat with only paracetamol which is safe if the fever is more than 100 degre
