Q.

My 2and half yr old boy is farting constantly these days and the farts are extremely smelly. is it normal?

A. Hello mom If your baby is passing gas then it is totally normal. It can be because of gastric issues in babies. In such case you should start giving papaya for next few days it will help in maintaining babies digestion issues. And you can also give 1 teaspoon of honey with warm water once in a day.
