Q.

My 27 month old baby always having a disturbed sleep , after 2 to 3 hours of sleep in the night she keeps moving her position and her nose also getting blocked even though she doesn’t have a cold . What could be the reason ?

A. to prevent coughs and colds in children, avoid temperature fluctuations, allergenic foods, and cold drinks like water or ice cream. ensure yearly flu vaccinations and consider regular home remedies such as tulsi, ginger, honey, and tfurmeric with milk.
