My 26 month old son is at 10.5 kgs since a 4 months... he eats well and is also active... should I give him a medics for the weight gain or is it normal to be like this ..? Plz suggest

A. hi no need of medicine. if your child looks happy and active then as such no need to worry. offer homemade healthy food give Massage to your child daily maintain good hygiene
