Q.

my 25 month baby have red colour little spots on his mouth in side ,having problems to eat what to do please prescribe

A. hi it happens because of indigestion, constipation or deficiency of vitamin B12 so please give green veggies, fresh fruits, nuts etc more avoid giving RO water keep your child well hydrated apply thin layer of honey or turmeric powder on it.
