my 25 days old baby is blowing bubbles in mouth and he coughs while breastfeeding. is this normal or do I consult a doctor?

Blowing bubble is completely normal and common there is no issue in that case but yes with the other thing I can tell you that you keep the head of the child in elevated position by keeping a hand under the head so it would be easier for your child to gulp the milk
