my 24days baby was crying and gas stomach pain so doctor prescribed colisma drops 5 drops I give 0.5 drops to him is this write

A. Hello, your baby boy is neonate 25 days old and he is having a gaseous trouble so burp him after every feeding and give him 3 drops of cyclopam if he cries

A. Mam what is this concept of 0.5 drops that I don’t understand five drops I do understand it’s 0.5 ML which is equivalent to 10 drops which is why it is advisable that you stick to 5 drops only because if you do 0.5 for a child who above the age of six months
