My 24 days old baby wont sleep in the morning and he will start crying very intensely by 6pm and his stomach become very hard , i consulted the doctor they have given colimex drops and gasticia , yamoo drops , vizylacc drops . These much drops are safe for my baby???

Okay First is basically to reduce the stomach pain issues that your child is having gas issues that your child is having the other two are basically supplements the third one is for better digestion the fourth one is basically a vitamin B complex supplement your doctor has given but for stomach pain only if you give Bonnisan five drops one time that’s going to be good enough maximum four times in the day so you can opt for what you feel is ideally good for your child
