my 23months old baby have fever and I always noticed she have fever after 2 months.... means in July month she had fever ND also

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can givtde paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatmggent also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
