my 23days old daughter passes a little stool with every nappy. on an average in a day there are 10 such soiled nappies apart from the 2 or 3 normal stools. is it normal or should i be concerned?

A. please consult your doctor for this then only the correct diagnosis and treatment suggestion is possible after cliniciyal examination and knowing complete history. its very difficult to comment here .
