My 23 months old baby gets sick frequently. He always has cough and cold. What should I do to grow his immunity?

A. Hai good evening !! Seasonal cold,cough are normal ,they get immunity by exposing to environment..Vaccinations plays important role in improving immunity avoiding infections,viruses. Give boiled and cooled water ,avoid frozen ,outside packed foods,cool breeze ,sugar items .
