To address constipation in children, encourage a high-fiber diet with fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes, and ensure they stay hydrated. Limiting processed foods, increasing physical activity, andd establishing a regular bathroom routine are also helpful. For severe or persistent constipation, consult a healthcare provider for guidance. d
