Q.
my 23 mnths baby has achieved all the mikestones of his age but regarding speech he speaks merely 20 words but the words are meaningful and he express or convey whatever he wants do by his action. he was born at 34 weeks. us it the reason he speaks less of his age?

No there is no delay in the speech and being a premature child or child is picking up really very well there is no delay in anything not in any growth pardon of your child and your child is speaking meaningful which is good so try and communicate more with your child get some education toys for your child and avoid giving any kind of screen time
