My 23 days old baby is having fever can i give paracetamol drops

Yes you can give paracetamol to the child you can give five drops one time and you can repeat it every six hours if it is needed to be given and take the temperature before you give it to the child that’s a correct and if the fever doesn’t subside within 72 hours and you should consult your doctor
