my 22 old months girl is speaking little only 2 3 words why it is so .

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. If the child is uttering few words then you need not worry. Only if the child has not uttered single word you may have to get a hearing test done. otherwise no problem. Some kids can be slow in developing speech and vocabulary. This is normal. The child has time. Make sure to keep interacting with your child and encourage her to speak. Limited screen time not more than half an hour per day could also help.
