SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, try to give food to eat by herself. Initially start with breakfast, snacks and gradually you can give lunch to eat by herself. As soon as the baby wakes up try to give food first and then breastfeed. You need to divert baby and feed food. Since baby has completed one year you can start giving all type of food which you prepare at home make sure to give it in small quantity and smaller in trouble
8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake
11 AM-fruits with dry fruit powder and honey
1 PM-rice and Sambar or Khichdi with vegetable fry and curd rice
4 PM-fruit juice or vegetable soup
7 p.m-Idli, upma,
Before sleep-glass of lukewarm milk with a pinch of turmeric. With this you can give buttermilk, coconut water and snacks which is made at home.
