Q.
my 22 month old son has white traces in his poop he has stomach infection 15 days ago so this is a sign of infection or it is normal..? he is playing and eating normaly.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can get a stool test done to rule out any infection For further advice in this regard you can consult your doctor who can do the clinical examination properly which is not possible here to clear all your doubts which will be a better approach regarding this

it might be food reaction too.
so please check for that.
as your child is active enough , nothing to worry about it.
but avoid giving heavy food
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more.
keep your child well hydrated.
