#AskTheExpert my 22 month old has started calling mama everyone at home. I dont know why she is regressing? also I dont like everyone being called mumma. earlier she used to call me mumma

Sandhya ErthineniGuardian of a 4 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hi my 2yeats baby was calling everyone has mummy and he speaks only few word that to when he see auto he will say that and when he will see bike, cycle, car he will say that but when I will ask he won't tell now he is saying mummy and he is calling everyone has mummy mummy if I will say he not mummy dad or brother or uncle he is not listening and he is hyper active child also he rins more and he jumps also some time in a day is it normal doctor

First thing you need to be strong enough to let the child Start the day . it will be very emotional . . prepare your child by giving some insight of the place , surrounding etc . if possible you can start saying to your baby before some days of starting his school . better to speak during sleep time. . send him favourite food , water , hankie . say to him that you play and enjoy your day with friends , will pick you up soon . .
