Q.
my 21 months baby boy is suffering from fever . this is forth day and temperature is about100 to 102 degrees continuously. I am giving him P 125, antibiotic, cough and cold syrups after the doctor consultation.

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeavsted after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations. cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
