my 21 month old baby girl got red rashes on body? what could be the reason.. plz help

A. Hello,rashes during this time is due to heat and due to which babies sweat a lot and babies suffer from such kind of rashes,so firstly give bath to your baby atleast twice in a day in summers and secondly always apply medicated powder,so that baby dosen't suffer from rashes and keep your baby hydrated,which is most important.
