Q.

my 20 months baby is very light sleeper since birth...but since 3 months her sleep pattern got worst ...she wakes up after every half and hour at night and demands for breast milk....she is teething...what should I do toake her sleep longer

A. for teething process you can give paracetamol to the child which will help in decreasing the pain and you can also press the gums of the child and you have to also see whether the child is having disturbance in sleep due to cold weather II and temperature variations

A. Hi a good sleeping pattern is good for baby always Follow same sleep pattern time everyday. If your baby will sleep or play still make sure to put on bed by 8.30pm regularly every day. and turn on milder lights. Read some books for awhile, song song, play mild music to sleep. Dress baby according to the weather. Give warm milk before sleep time again pat or rock slowly. Ensure to follow the same sleep routine every day.
