My 20 months baby is having high fever since 24 hrs. Temperature is not going away. Max it goes 103 and later 101 after paracetamol(250mg 5ml). What should I do to make fever go away? When should I approach doctor?

A. kindky do tepid sponging to bring down high temp. and its preferable to consult ur doc for detail clinical examinstion n management accordingly. give hom lots of fluids, avoid over dressing
